Delivery
You can collect orders from the fixon.pro online store in the following way:
Personal pickup

Delivery methods
Courier
We ship orders by courier throughout Poland. The cost of delivery depends on the size of the order.
DPD Point
Pickup at a DPD point selected during order placement.

Cash on delivery is only available in Poland.
🇪🇺 Delivery to EU countries: the cost depends on the destination country and the weight of the package — starting from 16 €. You will see the exact delivery cost in the cart before placing your order. For delivery outside the EU, the shipping cost is determined individually — our manager will contact you to confirm the details.
Ordering delivery through the store
The delivery cost is stated on each product page.
We inform you about the shipment of the package by phone or email after the customer has paid for the order (prepayment – bank transfer or electronic payment).
⚠️ Note: Organizing the unloading of the delivered fence is the responsibility of the customer.

The standard order processing time is 2-3 business days. For custom-made products, the time may be longer.

When will the order be fulfilled?
Orders paid online are processed immediately after payment confirmation. Cash on delivery orders are processed after confirming product availability.
Is the payment secure?
Yes, all payments are encrypted and processed by Stripe – one of the most secure payment systems in the world.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, when placing the order, check the option "I need a VAT invoice" and provide the VAT ID number.
