Terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meaning:
Business days – means days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery – means the actual act of delivering the Goods specified in the order to the Customer by the Seller.
Customer – means an entity to whom services may be provided by electronic means.
Consumer – means a natural person performing legal transactions with the Seller not related to their business activity.
Seller – means FIXON IRYNA MUKOSII, Mazowiecka 57, 05-077 Warszawa, NIP: 1133178861, REGON: 542679041.
Goods – means movable items from the Seller's assortment.
Sales Agreement – means a sales contract for Goods concluded remotely.
All intellectual property rights related to the Online Store belong to the Seller.
Minimum technical requirements: Internet Explorer 11, Chrome 39, Firefox 34 or newer.
In order to place an order, it is necessary to have an active email account.
All Goods are brand new and free from legal defects.
The Customer can place orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
After placing an order, the Seller sends a confirmation to the email address.
Prices are gross prices and do not include Delivery costs.
Payment methods:
Online payment processing is provided by Stripe.
The Seller carries out Delivery within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Goods are delivered to the address indicated in the order or to a DPD collection point.
The Customer should examine the shipment in the presence of the Delivery person.
The Seller is obliged to deliver Goods without defects.
Complaints can be submitted:
Complaints are processed within 14 days.
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within **14 days**.
The Seller refunds payments within 14 days of receiving information about the withdrawal.
The ordering party bears the direct costs of returning the Goods.

Data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

In matters not regulated, the provisions of the Civil Code apply.
Disputes are resolved by the competent common court.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.
