EDGELOCK is a professional tool for quickly shaping concrete backing for curbs. Instead of manually spreading and correcting concrete meter by meter, one operator guides the tool directly along the installed curb.

Two independently adjustable working elements shape the concrete simultaneously on the left and right sides. This allows for an even and repeatable profile in a single pass.

EDGELOCK can be adjusted to curbs with a thickness of 60 to 100 mm. The height of the concrete lock is independently adjustable on both sides up to 170 mm.

The tool weighs 5 kg and is made entirely of stainless steel. It does not require painting and is resistant to corrosion and construction site conditions. EDGELOCK is manufactured in Poland.

What problems does EDGELOCK solve?
Manual concrete shaping on both sides of the curb is time-consuming. EDGELOCK performs this work on both sides simultaneously.
Manually created profiles can have varying heights and widths. Adjustable working elements ensure a repeatable shape along the entire length of the curb.
Different curb thicknesses require tool adjustment. Adjustment from 60 to 100 mm allows working with the most commonly used dimensions.
Each side may require a different concrete backing height. EDGELOCK allows independent adjustment up to 170 mm on the left and right sides.
